    The Fortnite voice chat is not working


    Today I tried to play Fortnite on cloud gaming with some friends and my mic simply is not working, the mic is perfectly functional in other apps and I was unmuted. After restarting the game I cant even join a party chat and thus cant hear them either. I use cloud gaming to play this game since last season and this never happened before. How can I solve this?

    Xbox mic not working

    It's probably a fortnite issue, the only way to use game chat in fortnite is by going to voice chat in the pause menu and turning it on from there, if that doesn't work you can go to audio settings ingame and disable voice chat then re-enable it. This
    has always worked for me but if it doesn't I would report the bug to fortnite.

    Mic works in party chat but not in game on Fortnite. Software has been updated.

    Have you checked that he has voice chat enabled on the fortnite options? if so try turning it on and off, that works for me sometimes.

    if you go inti settings once in fortnite there is a option for voice chat, is this set as party chat as the default method or game chat?
