Personally, it is illegal for Microsoft to advertise the game and not deliver as it is considered misleading or deceptive. It is particularly disappointing that that did not see the need to mail out an apology for this inaccuracy

i believe the reason that the final station wasn't availble for Australia because it didn't pass some test to get the game availble in australia

This suggestion for a "workaround" should come with a warning as not all content is available through different regions and you will not be able to use the same currency for purchases.

as Jayhab4real says just go to another region's page for the game, usa, canada or uk there are many, you can only get xbox one games not xbox
360 games this way but it will not get you in trouble with microsoft as they try to find people changing their regions to buy from cheaper countries' shops (like Agentina with their currency crash). Also I believe microsoft has restrictions on the number of
times you can change your location in certain time periods, this may just be flags put on your account for them to review if you do it every month or do it too many times and it might auto-ban you and require you to plead your case to Microsoft support to
get your console/accounts unlocked!

Please just go to the US or other country site, click stay in this countries site, sign-in if you have to and get the game there

and many may just read the first post and Microsoft probably doesn't want all their Australian and New Zealand Gold subscribers getting on suspicious activity lists.
