    The error code with the last 3 characters are 65b


    i keep getting the error message that ends in 65b that tells me i have limited content and the website told me to turn it on and off. I have done this nurmours time over the past two days. And i see that it is the service alert is on but says everything
    is running fine. So when will i be able to use all the apps i have downloaded?

    Hello,

    Xbox LIVE Error codes usually start with a 8 and are 8 characters long.. Are you sure that these two particular error codes didn't have a 8 or something in the beginning?

    You posted '800765b', that error code only has 7 characters. A normal status code would have 8. Please reply with the full 8 characters.

    If it was a bundle with a 3 month code, you should have gotten a card in the box with a 25 character code on it.

    Use that 25 character code to redeem your membership.
