Maybe you have the license on a different account, don't forget to sign in on both Microsoft Store and Xbox app every time you try with a different account

**In some cases is necessary run the WSReset command before try with a different account, this helps to refresh all your content and licenses:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Did you already migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account?

If yes, the Mojang account has a different email address from the Microsoft account you're using to download the game?

Did you try putting that email address in the sign in with Microsoft button?

I have migrated the account a few months ago

Your answer makes sense, im gonna quickly swap around some accounts and emails and ill update you if anything has changed, I think some email accounts might be different or not match, thanks

When I went to the Xbox website to try to configure settings and all that, I was just met with errors and loading screens that wouldnt end.

Although, I dont know if it was because I changed some settings on my microsoft account, or if my PC was just really slow that day, but now it seems to be working for some reason. So thankfully today my xbox account seems to be doing fine. the Minecraft launcher is still asking me to play the demo and buy the game however, and even though I am logged into my account on minecraft.net, I believe its because I logged in through microsoft instead of mojang but I have no idea if thats correct or something.

By the way thank you for trying to help me out on this
