    the enforcement team suck I sent a message to a guy for stealing my weapon on fortnite an epic SCAR and after I asked for it back he used the laughing emote at me and then the enforcement team banned me it’s unfair he got his side of the story what about
    me

    Xbox enforcement team sucks!

    case reviews are pointless. They will NEVER change their minds, no matter what evidence you have. I use my ps4 more than my Xbox one because of the malicious behavior of the enforcement team.

    Microsoft enforcement team sucks

    Hahaha you guys are funny. You are on a private forum that supports a private service that has Terms of Use that you agreed to when you joined and you're complaining that when you break the rules that you already agreed to that you are being treated unfairly.

    Nobody cares how much money you spend, where you live, how long you have been a member, whether you go to PlayStation or not (cause that isn't old) or what team you root for. If you are being "banned constantly" then maybe the Xbox Live experience isn't
    for you, since you can't seem to figure out how to play well with others and not act out or retaliate.

    If anything in your message to the other player violated the code of conduct which can be found
    Here then your account would be subject to a suspension.

    The only people that can help you is the enforcement team which can be reached
    Here

    You can go to their website and sign in with the account that has the suspension on it and click on the orange hammer and see your enforcement history and if the enforcement action is eligible you can file for a case review.

    Keep in mind that any messages sent that violate the code of conduct and is reported to the enforcement team will get your account suspended it does not matter if the other person started violating the code of conduct when they sent messages to you if that
    does happen in the future it would be best to report them, then block them and then mute them so you will not get messages or matched up with them in the future

    Everyone who is banned would just robo call

    And they wouldn't be enforcing the rules then

    Yiu do realize that moderated approach is actually better right one help per incident and yes this is with all services

    Rather then 1million calls till you are unbaned

    And no it doesn't matter who starts the fight you are accountable to the rules

    Retailiating in anywys that violates the terms of use will incur punishmentb

    And the services on the PS4 are tremendous right? To be honest they can be huge on sales but poor on support and customer care...can they cross play?cross buy? Gamepass and best of all can they do online as good as Xbox...mmmmm think about that very deeply...native

    If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:
