You know i have spent the last couple of months speaking to the xbox live enforment team and all i see in then is a one side power hungry team that could careless about the customer amd their thoughts they dont use context and reasoning in their cases
they just listen to the person who report me they could careless about myside of the story. My old gamertag white cracker 445 has been banned for life they think it is a racist act. I say that if whitecracker is bad what about balck ninja or the word killer
or crusher take black ninja the word ninja in todays age could mean alot of things so could cracker but when used in correct context there is nothing racist about it but ninja could mean beep and paired with the word black it makes it even more racist but
using context black ninja means a stealthy person that wears a black suit and that goes for white cracker crackers have to be white there is no doubt about that but pair together they make a racist comment or not using context the food article cracker has
to be white so you describe the word cracker with white making white cracker there is notging racist about a food article the racist part is in what context you use it so the sjw enforcement team has taken cracker out of context and now my name is banned and
i cant change my name for free all because my name has been taken out of context

The Code of conduct is basically a contract between you and xbox where you agree to follow the rules and guidelines set out by xbox. If you break or violate any of these rules you will be in breach of contract.

Xbox reserves the right to either cancel the contract by banning your account or give you penalties by handing out suspensions. Depending on the severity of the transgression.

It's not your fault, the enforcement team is ridiculous... Lately all they've been doing is attacking and bullying people carelessly without even listening to one sides story. Or whatever suits them, seems more like there's no freedom on Xbox Live

[Mod Removed – Profanity] word which is ridiculous... and now I'm not allowed to joke anymore, I'm even considering to giving up 10 years of xbox membership/protecting them saying they're better than PS4, considering to buying
PS4 and ridding Xbox for good... this has been furiously annoying they literally control anything you say or do, if someone else don't like you or verbally attacks you, you can't say anything back or get muted/banned. Even if you don't say anything back, the
player still gets mad, reports you unsportsmanlike behavior just for playing too good and you get banned that way too. I had to stop playing too good, now to being careful of what I say, now down to avoiding communication, and etc... it's starting to be no
fun anymore, I miss the old days where you have fun and freedom and to be yourself...

Online you dont have freedom of speech

One any private networks can have rules enforced by the supreme court of any nation

Its called private authority

It is the same.right as any homeowner or business to remove you if they dont like what you say

And no you cant use freedom of speech as an excuse on their property

Retailiation is not allowed period

Look up emo kid vs sony and nintendo and xbox and yes that was a caae where a kid now an adult tried to sue all 3 manfacrurers after he couldnt control his cursing either and got banned on all 3 networks his excuse

They were the only way he had an outlet of joy

And yes the courts laughed his case out of court all three

The case of nintendo well lets say the judge had not so kind words for wasting her time and yes he DID LOSE all three cases

The difference is xbox is the only network that allows you to havr a case review

The 1st amendment is not a hammer you can use to harm others with your speech

Nor is it a license to harass

You can look those cases up the harm clause

It MAY NOT BE USED to impede or harm others

Also if you had bothered to read the text of the freedom of speech

"Congress may not make laws impeding ones freedom of speech on public forums"

Private networks arent public forums nor are they congress
