    Are you deliberately being thick? I preordered Steep in November, since December 1st, my rewards have said 15,000/5000, meaning, I have enough to cash out three times. Now, I'm not a math wiz, but I'm pretty sure December first is before the fifteenth, and
    pretty sure 15k is more than the 5k needed to cash out, meaning, the 15k in there, should have been put in on the 15th, since it has been in there since the first... Hence, my problem.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. So it's not a website glitch. The site is working as it's
    supposed to. Once you reach 5,000 pending, the credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
    are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    This notification should go away by the end of next week. If it returns, let us know as soon as possible as it will be a more accurate indication that your emails are not being delivered.

    Had 15k points from purchasing steep, did they get deposited on the 15th? Nope, they **** didn't. And because your website sucks so much, and is riddled with bugs, on 3 separate browsers, the buttons to force a points dump isn't showing up. So, good job,
