The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition missing in game list

Hello,

I had "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" in my game list. Now it is missing. I can not download it anymore and can not start the game. In the store it shows up with a price tag.

How is this possible? How can I find out what happened?

That is for the wrong game I’m talking about Skyrim special edition not elder scrolls online

Well "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" starts with an "E", while "The Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion" starts with a "T". Simply put, the games are not referred to as Oblivion and Skyrim in the listings.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I would like to clarify a few thing to further assist. Do you recall how you obtained the game? Did you purchase it digitally or the disc version? Have you been able to check your
order history to confirm that you're signed in to the account that owns the game? Also, to check the list of your owned games on your account click

here.

Go ahead and verify the purchase of the game on the account if it shows up on the account what can be attempted is to

remove and re-add your account.

Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately I can not remember how I obtained the game. I am sure that it was in my game list and also downloaded. I can not find it in my order history and in my list of owned games. I hope there is a possibility to fix this
problem, I know it sounds implausible.
