The Elder Scrolls Online keeps crashing my Xbox Series X

The Elder Scrolls Online keeps crashing my Xbox Series X, it's not just the game crashing but my console too. It becomes totally unresponsive and I have to hold the power button to reset it. I've tried contacting support for the game and they more or less told me "Have you tried turning it off and on again? If that doesn't work contact Xbox Support"

The Xbox does seem to get fairly warm, but I doubt it's over heating

My Xbox is well ventilated with plenty of room to breath

I have it sitting on top an upside down bowl to provide better airflow

It's not near any heat sources

The Elder Scrolls Online is the only game that has been causing this issue

I certain it's not my internet connecting

It using a wired connection not WiFi

I've tried unplugging it from the internet while in game to see if that would cause a crash, and it didn't

I've Tried switch performance modes

Talking to other people in the game reveals' that the issue seems to be specific to The Elder Scrolls Online on the Series X, and that the issue has only started since recent updates

I understand. I appreciate all your efforts, Nijonibi. Since nothing fixes it on our end, our best option is to file a bug as instructed above so the Team Xbox will be able to investigate it and fix it on their next system update.

I am sorry to hear about the issue. Since the issue is specific to that game only, then we could say that it's a stability issue of the game to your current platform.

Other steps to try is to perform a factory reset on your console. There's an option to keep your games and apps.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

You may also consider first reinstalling the game itself.

Though, these steps are not guaranteed to fix the issue if it's a stability issue or game bug. I would also suggest to report it as a bug to the game developer and also file it as a bug to Team Xbox via Report a problem app for proper investigation. Mine has been doing the same thing for 3 days now. PVP and PVE. I gave reset everything...done everything. Same console.

I've contacted support for ESO at elderscrollsonline.com

All I can get out of anyone is to power cycle the console, clear save data, uninstall then reinstall, and factory reset the console. I've done all this, and it's still crashing my Xbox
