The Elder Scrolls IV: OBLIVION "DLC"

Hello, firstly yes I am am aware that the GOTY is no longer on the Xbox Store to purchase digitally. However the Game itself and the DLCs are listed for sale separately digitally. The game was on sale for $4.99 so I bought it. Yes I understand the DLC has to be purchased separately. I guess I previously purchased The Orrery. as that showed up. I tried many times to purchase the remaining DLC and I finally gave up.....the screen either timed out or gave a wierd error code I've never seen. I was at least able to purchase the Knights Of The Nine & Shivering Isles DLCs. I haven't tried purchasing the other DLC again yet. Is some of the DLC tied to Game Pass ( which I don't have) even if you purchase it? Is there a bug where you have to own the game and the two main DLCs before you can purchase the remaining DLCs?

This great experience was in the Xbox Store on Xbox Series X.

Well "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" starts with an "E", while "The Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion" starts with a "T". Simply put, the games are not referred to as Oblivion and Skyrim in the listings.

About the remaining DLCs, you can buy them separately, yes, I suggest you buy them through the website in case the console store crashes again.
