the dreaded NS7 error

It is really bad, I am unable to access games that have been in my library for a long time

Customer support was unable to help.

Just an update.

I completely formatted the 360.

I created a completely new account and tried again. I got the exact same error.

I was with customer support yesterday...

They suggested me to check my Address details. I verified, deleted all address details and reentered them.

They also suggested me to try using an external hdd. But that didnt help either

I posted here because their suggestion didnt help.

I am back with customer support again. Let's see how it goes.

So far they have tried deleting all updates and reinstalling them. That didnt work.
