    I recently consulted customer support about my pre-order bonus of $10 that I had not received. They told me that I needed to report it in this forum to process my claim and resolve my problem.

    I pre-ordered The Division, and with it came a promo for a $10 gift code that would be delivered within 15 days of the games release. I never received it so I contacted Xbox Support and they guided me here. I still have the email/receipt of it, if it is
    needed.

    The $10 gift code was actually a promo through microsoftstore.com. If you preordered from them, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 rewards credits
    instead of the $10 code. If that is the case and you did not receive those credits, you would need to post here -

    If you preordered digitally, you would not have been eligible.

    i never received this 10.00 card also.. and have called 3 different idiots on phone to help me and they told me 1st i didn't order it.. 2nd guy says call ubisoft.. for what they didn't sell me the game they made it... other guy on phone with now tells me
