The Division gold Edition Pre-order

I have pre ordered the division gold on my xbox one and pre loaded it ready to play on launch but my game is only 27gb when its suppose to be 32GB plus the season pass is not able for me to download yet it shows that I have bought it.

I pre-ordered The Division Standard Edition, but am now looking at getting the Gold Edition instead. Is it possible to upgrade without canceling the current pre-order? Or do I have to contact support to cancel the current pre-order and then pre-order the
Gold Edition?

You could have possibly misunderstood the size of the pre-order package versus the size of the game itself. By this I mean, the whole pre-order package may be 32GB but the game itself is 27GB from what you've posted. I'd recommend waiting until the release
and download the packages then check the size of the game then. If it doesn't meet the 32GB, I'd contact the Xbox Support services and Ubisoft. Another option is to confirm your sources. Where you found the intended size of the package may be incorrect and
your game may be exactly the right size.

 

The full game has been confirmed to be 32.39 GB which US says on the games MS store page but my installed copy is only 27.5 GB so do I have the full game installed or not. As the main reason for gettin a digital pre order was so I can play it staring away
and not have to wait for it to install or go-to a shop a get a physical copy.

 

Yeah i noticed my season pass not showing up in the manage section either. The preorder bonuses are but not the season pass.

 

I pre-ordered the Gold version and mine is 27.5gb too. Doesn't seem right as other people with the same version have a 32gb file size. Wish someone would clarify whats going on, as i don't fancy upgrading on the night!

 

Do you guys still have the beta or alpha downloaded? That was 27 gigs and the actual game is supposed to be 32. Deleting the beta\alpha and reinstalling the game might fix the problem. And sometimes season passes don't appear until the game releases for
whatever reason. That happened recently for me when I preordered PVZ.

 

beta uninstalled and reinstalled the game and its only 27.7GB. I just hope it updates before release so I don't have to wait to play it

 

Under my games and apps do you have anything for the game under ready to install?

 

no everything to do with the division is installed. just want it to update as don't want to be waiting to play this. its the only reason I got digital come on MS sort it out please

 

same, i wonder if the day one patch is included in the 32 gb

Your Season Pass will appear correctly when they will release the first DLC. Then you should be able to manage your Content.
