The division code lost

Hi.

I posted my problem before, but it was unanswered the second time, so i am rewriting it.

I bought the Xbox one with including the Division game. The game was of course in a form of a download code. After i installed the console i redemed the code for the game. Unfortunatly, something went wrong with the console update so i was forced to restart
the whole console system, so the console was able to update itselwe again. After i installed the console for the second time ewerithing was working perfect.

After that i thryed to reenter the game code again, and the console said, that code was of course ole ready redeemed. After that i checked my apps and downloads, but game was not there. Alsow, when i wisited the store, it sayed, that i dont own the game.

Is there a chance, that you can restart my code or anything?

If you already redeemed the code, the game will be locked to your account. You should find The Division in either your 'Ready to install' list in 'My games & apps', or you can install it by visiting The Division's game page on the Xbox Store.

Let us know if you're able to get the game back onto your Xbox One!

I recentli bought xbox one, with included the Division game. I installed the console and of course redeemed the code for the game. Unfortinetly, something went wrong with the internet connectiona and later i discovered, that console did not updated itselve
properly. When i try to tryed to date it again, itr sayed, that i alleready hawe the latest update so i was forced to restarted the whole console. But after i updated the console again, this time ewerithing was fine, i coud not use the code for the Division
game again, becouse i oleready redeemed the code.

I know, its my fault, and it was really stupid of me, but is there a chance, that my code can be restarted? I still hawe the code, so i can send you the code later, if it helps.

hi, I would contact xbox support directly as they will be able to see what is or not linked to your xbox account and they can help you from there.

 

I ole ready did that and they told me to post it here.
