Since there are no game specific forums I will ask here.

1. What's up with the Dark Zone. Having played a lot in all 3 zones, I've only come across 1 human player. When in the DZ, are you just supposed to try to clear the strongholds?

2. How do you use the recalibrate stations? Do you select the item you want to upgrade to recalibrate or the item you want to get rid of but take one of its perks? When I select something all options are greyed out.

It def pays to keep your stuff. Esp those high end items and weapons.

I have run into quite a few players and groups of players in the dark zone. yes you can clear sites for pretty good loot and extract it.

To recalibrate an item you have to have a similar item that you will remove the statistic you want to put on the original the donor item is destroyed in the process.

Select the item you want to change

select the stat you want to update

you will then see a list of items that you can remove a stat from and put it on the original

you accept the change and the item will update and potentially upgrade the gear score

the donor item is destroyed in the process.

Depends what world tier you are in as you move up in the worlds you will see more and more players in the dz.
