    Been playing 'The Division 2' for ages.
    Brought the DLC Warlords of New York when it came out (so a while back)

    Played it etc.. Completed it etc.

    Took a break from the Division for a few months.

    Came back to it and now the Warlords of New York.. even though its installed, cant be accessed in the game. (cant travel to New York)

    If I go to the store in the game an even try to repurchase it (its 8.99 right now), tells me I already own it.

    I've tried re-installing etc... Going through the steps i've read in other forums etc. soft/hard reset etc.

    Nothing has worked.

    To top it off, the family own 3 xbox's and its doing the same on all machines.

    (A day one Xbox, xbox One slim and a xbox x we upgraded to recently)

    I cant see this is a machine issue. It has to be account/microsoft/Ubisoft issue.

    Any thoughts?

    Just one additional note.
    When I go to manage games, i see.

    1. The base game (68.6 GB)
    downloads.

    2. Capitol Defender pack (addon 10.1mb)

    3. The Divison 2 Warlords of New York (addon 10.1 mb)

    4. Warlords ... -Tactical Response Pack (addon 10.1 mb)

    5. Year 1 Pass content (addon 10.1 mb)

    Then also

    More Add-ons

    6. War Lordis of New York - Expansion ... says 'Doesnt need to be installed'

    7. The Division 2 - Private Beta .. says ' Doesnt need to be installed'



    Why am I seeing the Expansion under More Addons with 'Doesnt need to be installed??'

    Any help would be great.

    My Xbox One X - just shuts off during loading Division 2

    It is a problem with Division 2. It has been happening to me and 3 other friends also since Warlords of New York dlc released, when loading game at 14% the xbox one x turns off completely. It doesnt happen every time but it does happen

    Hello,

    Can you describe the behavior in game? You open Division 2, you choose your character. Are you unable to teleport to New York or unable to play the story? Are you doing the level skip character or are you trying to access on an existing character. What exactly is preventing you from playing Warlords or going to Warlords Specific areas?

    You are referring to "The Division 2 - Warlords of New York edition", correct? I just want to make sure.

    Also, have you already tried making this purchase through Xbox's website at https://www.xbox.com ?

    Got the division 2 ultimate

    The Warlords of New York is an Game Expansion that is not apart of the Season Pass. The Expansion releases on the 3rd of March.

    The Season Pass only contains the first 3 DLC Episodes

    The expansion is a key file that the game reads to give you access. For compatibility with items and other things exclusive to the expansion, everyone has all of the data, just can only access the parts they've paid for

    To access the DLC you need to go to the helipad outside the white house if memory serves, that's where you catch your ride. This video may help you
