The Division 1200 Rainbow Credits Preorder bonus

I preordered Tom Clancy's The Division on December 26th on the Xbox Store, but when I try to downlad the 1200 Rainbow Credits preorder bonus for RainbowSix Siege, it says it's unavailable.

I pre-ordered The Division gold edition and never received the 1200 R6 credits that can be used with Rainbow Six Siege.

There was not a promotion to receive 10,000 Rainbow Credits through the Xbox Store, but there was one to receive 1200 Rainbow Credits. All eligible users can download those credits from the

Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack page. Let us know if you're able to get the content from that page! Be sure you're signed into the account that made the pre-order.

Im having the same issue. According to the support chat, its an issue they have to work with Ubisoft to fix so I guess we'll just have to wait.

To access your Rainbow Six Siege currency pack, search for “Rainbow Six Siege – Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack” on the Xbox Store and download from the details page.

same problem here. i preordered the gold edition and the currency pack still says not available.

 

has this been resolved? I still haven't received my 1200 rainbow six credit.
