    I was chat banned just a few minutes ago and i believe i understand the reasoning however, the side of the screen says 1 day suspension, but the date says from 10/20/2019 8:11pm-10/22/19 12:11am. Are they rounding me to the 21st? Why wouldn’t the suspension
    be until 8:11pm on the 21st? This is currently a two day and four hour suspension if my math is correct. The suspension says its a 1 day suspension so its not eligible for review. What do i do? Is this an error on them?

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. As stated above, if it's a 24 hour suspension, it will not be eligible and all you can
    do is wait it out. Investigations can take time, so suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place.

    When a ban is just a few hours over 24, they still treat it as a 24 hour ban. It's still too short to submit a case review. 28 hour suspensions are actually pretty common. It's just based on what the enforcement team determines is what is needed for the
    infraction.
