    "The current gamer profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE."


    I just purchased the Xbox Series X and when checking the backwards compatibility of some games I realised that I cant play multiplayer on Call of Duty: World at War without getting the above error.

    I have a valid Xbox Live membership and also the game pass.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the help... I checked that & it says 'Gold - 1 month - enabled' ... it's allowing me to use Youtube, 4od, BBC Iplayer ect, just not play games for some reason.

    If you mean that this account should be gold because its not... If you buy that via Creditcard or If you have redeemed a prepaid card .. you might want to check that at
    https://billing.microsoft.com. Anyway, there's something what went wrong probably...
