THE CREW

Why is it that you come out with a game called the crew yet to join a crew with my friends is a chore in itself. Sometimes it works most of the tim it doesn't. This is not a new issue i had had the game since release day, just really getting old. Nat types
are open on mine as well as every friend im trying to play with you send an invite and it is never recieved. Anyone having the same issues or have any advice on this subject?

just made level 9 so got a long way to go first thing i did was drive to new york wanted to see how much i remembered from seeing it on tv lol

Hopefully you and your friends can get this working asap! Try the following and have your friends go through this as well.

The Crew Required Ports

TCP & UDP:

43210 (peer to peer, ideally route this one from your router to your console)

43211 (client-server)

500, 3544, 4500 (common port for Xbox One games)

If the issue persists, please try clearing your system cache. To clear the cache on your Xbox One, you will need to power cycle the system. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for about 5 seconds until the light behind it turns off. This will power off the console.

2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait two
full minutes.

3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button.

If this does not solve your problem, try placing your Xbox One in the DMZ of the router or establishing a direct connection to your modem and retry.

 

If your matchmaking issue is specific to The Crew, you might wish to contact Ubisoft, the developers and publishers, directly as they would be more likely to be able to assist you with a problem you're having with their game.

SO glad the game came to GWG. I love this game most fun I've had in a racer in a long time. I am hoping there is a "The Crew 2" in the works.

 

Looking for help with „The Crew Wild Run Edition“. My son took advantage of the chance to play this game free via Xbox Live (you can do this up until 15th July 2016, I think), downloaded it and played for some days. However, we then bought the game as Disc
version.

Problem:

(In game) When he goes to a Dealer to buy a motorbike you get a notice saying: “Do you want to buy The Crew Wild Run in Xbox store?” and can’t get the motorbike – but we have already bought the game (but not through Xbox store).

I tried deleting all the game and did a disc reinstall – but the same thing happens?

So I am stuck on this (not an Xbox player myself) – can anyone help, please?

 

got the same issue thought the crew game was good so brought the wildrun dlc for me and my son and now cant even play the game it wont load and it was all digital download. Have uninstalled/ reinstalled twice now still not working looks like that will be
