    glad you got it fixes, could you do me a favor, and check to see if your controller needs to be updated? and if it does post the firmware version that is currently on the controller.

    Xbox one audio adapter

    Disconnect the battery and the chat adapter. Reconnect battery and re sync to the xbox. Check is there are any updates for the controller. If so, updated. If not, turn the controller off. Then connect the chat adaptor and then the headphones. Turn controller
    on.

    Also try doing this with the controller connected by USB to the XBOX.

    You can also maunally mute unmute your headset in the party chat settings.

    What do you mean you "pull it off after it turns on"?

    Do you have the controller connected via USB cable? Are you using a battery from the Play & Charge kit and charged the controller via USB?

    Does the controller work if you use fresh, disposable batteries?

    But his controller wasn't turning on, yours does, if has been enough time for the controller serial number to be erased by time you probably have no warranty already, this error occurs when the controller connection is interrupted during the update, you could try the batteries steps mentioned on the link you shared, and also try to get a friend controller to try what I mentioned earlier

    Hey there Williansand! I understand you are having some trouble with your controller turning off unexpectedly. Can you let me know how long it takes before the controller turns off? Are you using the controller or does it turn off if it is left alone?

    Also, are you using the AA battery pack that it came with, or the rechargeable battery pack (Play & Charge or Quick Charge kit)? Can you make sure that your battery pack is firmly attached to the controller and then try again. Let me know how that all goes,
