The Companion App not uploading Custom Gamer pictures.

Hey Darth . you've probably already tried all of my suggestions but . try saving them as different file types. like jpg , png , gif . see if they upload .

The Xbox console companion app no longer has that feature, since the app is being replaced by the Xbox app. The only way at this moment to upload a custom gamer pic is with the Xbox One console.

Or you could upload the picture from a PC, through your Xbox Companion App.

I understand you need help in changing your gamer picture from your PC.

You can actually do this using the Xbox companion app, if you do not have the app yet on your PC, please download this app from the Microsoft store.

Once you open the app, sign in to your account.

Once signed in, Click on your current profile image on the left side of the app.

Click Customize on the next page.

Click on the big circle where the picture should set to customize your gamer picture.

Then click on choose a custom picture. You should be able to select the image you want to add to your gamer picture.

You may need to use an Xbox console companion if you're on a PC or Laptop to customize a club picture but if you're looking in customizing your own Gamerpic it can be done on Xbox Console Companion or Xbox App on your mobile device.

Also, there is no feature yet to upload a picture to Xbox wirelessly.
