Discus and support the cloud gaming mute button only mutes for a few seconds then randomly unmuted in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; im trying to mute myself on xbox cloud gaming so i cant be heard in game chat but for some reason it only mutes for a few seconds then unmutes again....     im trying to mute myself on xbox cloud gaming so i cant be heard in game chat but for some reason it only mutes for a few seconds then unmutes again.

    Is this the first time that you try to use this feature with cloud gaming?

    Xbox Mute needs to be sent twice to Samsung HW E350

    Just confirming what Atlas has said. Although I agree some buttons need to be pressed twice, the soundbar does respond to them. This is different as there is no response from the soundbar until the second mute/unmute is given. Also it doesn't matter if you
    say mute/unmute as I guess both are the same ir code.

    Now if I could mute my windows media center and not have the picture freeze on xbox tv that would be great ;)
