the cloud gaming mute button only mutes for a few seconds then randomly unmuted

What console are you using? Or is this happening on a different platform?

Is this the first time that you try to use this feature with cloud gaming?

What procedures you tried so far to fix this?

im on pc i when ever i press a button on the cloud gaming menu it unmutes me

You should have a mute/unmute button on your headset.

Just confirming what Atlas has said. Although I agree some buttons need to be pressed twice, the soundbar does respond to them. This is different as there is no response from the soundbar until the second mute/unmute is given. Also it doesn't matter if you
say mute/unmute as I guess both are the same ir code.

Now if I could mute my windows media center and not have the picture freeze on xbox tv that would be great
