The button to sign in on the Xbox,com website doesent work.

Im trying to log into my xbox account on the xbox website but the butten just redirects me back to the front page without logging in. I have already cleared the cache and cookies wich makes me able to enter my email and password, but after that i just get directed to the fornt page again without being logged in. This whole problem started when my email was hacked->blocked->new email->logging in to epic games via xbox(wich doesent work because of"There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system") and to make stuff work im trying to log in to my xbox acount(like the epic support team says) so that i can get into epic as my old account.

Does anyone know what could be the problem, and if i can fix it?

We understand that you are trying to sign into Xbox, and you were unable to as you keep on looped on the main menu. There is a possibility that you are signed into your other account on other Microsoft services and that restricts you to access Xbox related sites.

To isolate this concern, we would like to ask for details:

Is the device you are using PC or Console? Are we on sign in page of a browser or of the game?
Can we ask for a screenshot of the error message? Please conceal your personal information like full name and email address.
If you visit Office.com in your browser, were you logged into an account? If yes, you may need to sign out and see if you can sign into your personal account (Xbox).

We can answer questions related to Microsoft account however for the concern you had with Epic games, it is best that you consult the Epic games support team: Epic Games Support. Should you have any questions about Microsoft account, feel free to let us know.
