    Are you sure you were playing on Normal and not Easy? For the Act 2 Achievement, are you sure you completed all the Quests?

    The Act II quests are:

    Shadows in the Desert

    The Road to Alcarnus

    City of Blood

    A Royal Audience

    Unexpected Allies

    Betrayer of the Horadrim

    Blood and Sand

    The Black Soulstone

    The Scouring of Caldeum

    Things that should be added to the Online.

    Tacticool outfit- black boots, black cargo pants, black tucked shirt, and black body armor. I too would love the Merryweather outfit.

    That happened to me with an achievement in Black Ops once, Cold Warrior. I didn't get the achievement until I went back and did a redo.
