The Bingo glitch is in the ad programming. Get a clue Microsoft!

The ads pop up and then it glitches, or it hangs trying to run an ad. Not hard to figure, simply listen to feedback (or play the game on a non-company type computer so you see what we do!) and then drag your little techie selves to a computer and debug
some code.

Northwell Health

There is a programming glitch with Northwell Health Ad. Every time the game gets to that ad it logs us off. Please fix it.

 

Please fix free Bingo rewards

I am posting this once more as the free tickets you can earn daily by watching an ad in Microsoft Bingo still is not working, I keep getting errors (purchase connection errors) and can not get their free tickets and coins on a daily basis. This has happened
to me numerous times before as you click on the button, but the ad doesn't play and we get the Purchase Connection Error. What is it with this game?. Microsoft Solitaire never has any errors, neither does Microsoft Minesweeper, or Microsoft Jigsaw. But Bingo
always seems to have problems. Please fix it so it works properly all the time!

 

We're seeing that things are now fixed on our end. Would you be able to check on your side and see if you're still running into trouble?

I guess it is broken again, as I am now experiencing it again. I cannot understand why this game is the only game, of all of the games I play within the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, that is constantly having issues. Maybe someone
in Management should switch the team that maintains this game with one of the other teams that programs one of the games that never seem to have any issues. Let's say for a month or two and see if the result has direct correlation. If is does the answer is
simple, get rid of the mediocre team. Bring in some new hungry personnel who will ensure the games success. This (the constant problems) is getting ridiculous.
