The best kept secret about the new Fall update?

I know there's a sticky about what improvements have been made to the latest update, but I haven't truly digested it yet. Because this update is DEEP! So deep, in fact, that I decided to fast track a new topic whilst 'deep' within its thrall (no kidding).
But before I drop the mic, let's take into account that I've recently upgraded to the PS4 Pro, and a truly heart-in-mouth moment was standing beside myself while playing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

That moment was when Naughty Dog gave me the freedom to change [Chloe Frazer's] facial expression while taking selfies! It was a game changer! And then suddenly Xbox looked a little backward when going forward. UNTIL TODAY! I'd just finished watching a new
release Blu-ray on my Region A PS3, and logged back in (to Xbox) without realizing that the new update had been installed. The first thing I noticed was my background pic was front and center and looked *amazeballs*!!!

It wasn't dimmed or diminished, but loud and proud. It was crystal clear, and that's the whole point. Because apparently, according to some logistical data that I've long since filed away, Australia has internet speeds that rank about #50 on a global scale.
And that's significant, because prior to the Fall update, I was clocking downloads in the region of 18mbps. However, AFTER the update, it's now clocked at 19mbps... no biggie, right?

Well, that was *before* I checked back in with Twitch. Prior to the update, I was getting artefacted streams (translation: sub-standard 720p), which made watching Twitch a hit or miss proposition. But today I've just come away from a superlative 1080p image,
and this is key because it correlates with Blu-ray playback! HOW has this happened? Nothing has changed with my ISP, nor my download speeds, so there's only *one* conclusion...

The best kept secret of the new update? It's using the CLOUD - Microsoft's network of Azure servers!!!! Game changer. Heart-in-mouth moment. And suddenly my PS4 Pro ain't all that! Who knew?

You have to be in the gunners seat with the Alt Fire perk equipped. Pressing right bumper will let you shoot tracer darts out of it, and if the pilot also has Alt Fire, he can lock onto those and fire a Hellfire Missile at it, you can do that with any tracer'd
vehicle BTW. I've never actually seen anyone using that combo though.
