The become an ambassador link not working on any device?

I used to be an ambassador, then I went on a vacation and let my younger cousin use my console while I was gone. He sent some less than great messages and got my account coms banned. I was removed from the program and told I could reapply in a year. I
tried to appeal the ban but no one cared that it wasnt me, I never ended up reapplying.

fast forward to now, I've been trying to apply for over a week. I have used 4 different devices and everytime I click the link to become an ambassador it just greys out the screen and nothing happens. It has been well over a year by now, so i know its not because
of that. Has anyone else had the same issue?

The 1 year only applies when you are joining for the first time. If you are given a suspension/ban as an ambassador, you cannot rejoin.

Most of the people on the forums are Ambassadors and are more than willing to assist you with any issue you are experiencing.

To be an ambassador you cant have any enforcment actions on your profile for a year. Here is a link that talks about requirments and how to apply.
