The Backwards Compatable 360 Dash says im offline

So when i go on a backwards game i cant download my profile or play online because it says im offline but everything on xbox one is fine. I get error messages telling me to check my connection and that sends me too the xbox one network settings where everything
is good. Ive tried deleting my account. Power cycles. Clearing my 360 data clearing my cache and other stuff. Ive contacted xbox at least 5 times and nothing worked can someome help me because i deleted my account from backwards compatability when i cleared
my 360 local saves and i cant even play offline cause i cant sign in.

my cloud says offline for all my bc games.

Ladt week halo reach stopped working and when i booted it up finally the cloud went offline. Tonight downloaded backwards compatible black ops and also says the cloud is offline . Im logged in and connected with my profile but 360 game saves cant be attained . Any help appreciated

 

Buying 360 games with a gift card on xbox one

The xbox web site lets you buy xbox 360 backwards compatable games with a credit card. The xbox store on the xbox one says bundle only instead of a price. I have a gift card. The use of a gift card is not an option to buy xbox 360 backwards compatable games
on the web site. I do not have a credit card. I was also led to believe halo wars was going to be playable in decamber, since that was part of the december backwards compatable release list. I bought 3 copies of halo wars for my brothers and I to play in december
on christmas.

I have the same issue. Dont clear 360 local sace data you will lose your profile and wont be able to reinstal it

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with signing in. Can you try
removing your profile from the Xbox One, power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds, and then add your profile back? Let us know if these steps help clear up your connection trouble.

 

i tried that, i was on an xbox support and was told to remove my 360 local save, still having the same issue.

 

I did a factory reset and it worked. I tried everything else and nothing worked

 

Hey all - please try loading a backwards compatible game (so you are in 360 emulation land), log out of your profile if you are logged in, then select 'Download Profile' from the 360 guide and follow the prompts.

 

That doesn't work. It is still asking to download my profile, and than, says i'm offline.

Can I have my money back somehow? i purchase dowloading via xbox one
