    The Among Us game continues to say “user is not logged in- can not authenticate”


    While I had found a similar question to mine and I tried everything that was suggested for a that question. Nothing has worked I even restarted the Xbox a couple of times and it still come up like this. I have played a few times before so I don’t know why it keeps saying this

    Cici, are more games affected or is just Among Us?

    In addition to that, can you try connecting your Xbox to another Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot?

    By the way, can you try playing the game with another profile registered on your console?
    That would be helpful to see if it’s an issue with all the profiles, or just with your profile.

    I’m able to change the privacy and online settings and it’s the console game pass ultimate

    Restarted my Xbox, made sure I was logged in, logging out my profile then logging back in
