The ads in Mahjong won't load so it goes back to the start page.

Have you already tried to reinstall the game? Please also check for game updates if there's available one.

Alternatively, try to connect using a different network if that's caused by your network.

Don't forget to get all updates available from the Microsoft Store and also check for Windows updates.

when opening mahjong it will load but then goes right back to the start screen. I have uninstalled & reinstalled as well as Wsreset.exe. still can not play it.

I have all current updates and for some reason the Xbox games will not load daily challenges and Mahjong won't start at all.

I have an issue also regarding not starting.

Game loads and ask to accept or deny cookies. After accepting cookies the game page start to load, but get stucked there. Can´t start Mahjong either.

Have tried everything that is suggested in any support page, but it´s broken.

Am still having this problem. Cannot play either Mahjong or Solitaire. On Solitaire, when you click on the app it goes to the screen and spins a few times then returns to the app page. On Mahjong, it just goes to the screen and immediately returns to
the app page. Happening since installing Windows 8.1.
