The achiveament of Valiant Hearts: The Great War "They'll all be remembered" ...

Today i complete the achiveament "They'll all be remembered" with my 109 item on my collectibles list, but achievement is locked on 100% and not unlock! I have a video for my evidence!

Achievement. At 100% but locked

Valiant Hearts problem here too, completed everything for the "They'll all be remembered" achievement yesterday, but it's still locked at 100%. And also "Revenge never meant happiness" won't unlock (story related, which should unlock automatically after
finishing chapter 3-5), even though I've finished the level/met the requirements for about 5 times now.

Hopefully they'll unlock later again at some point, like my Watch_Dogs achievements, but who knows...

 

Achievements not unlocking

So for the past two weeks I have had several games in which achievements did not unlock. I was told to go to the forums in hopes to get this resolved because power cycling, time, and hard reset have not fixed my achievements. Below are the achievements that
have glitched on my and wont unlock

Valiant Hearts - They'll all be remembered

Guacamelee - Heavyweight, World Champion

Dead Rising 3 - Stick it to the man

Titanfall - Haven victor, It's a Trap!

 

I turn off the Xbox and the achieveament pop-up!
