The account has been locked and I am not getting a response from support.

The problem is that I can't see this link on a locked account because Microsoft doesn't even let me go there. When I try to login, it says that the account has been locked. The answer didn't help me at all.

There's a process to unlock your account that you must follow

If you fill a request, this could take some time to get a reply on, as it needs to be reviewed, and this depends on the amount of request before yours, but for sure once everything gets reviewed you will get a response to the alternative email

What? He hasn't been banned due to anything he has done... His account has been locked due to suspicious activity as I have already said. Also everytime anyone tries to get a call that way it's says it's unable to process the call and even when support have said they will call him they haven't, also like already said. Honestly the response from Microsoft and the support team has been very poor and he will most likely end up taking legal action if nothing is done about it.
