The accessories and headphones and helmets section does not work in the new Spanish store...

And i don't get any error code.. in accessory, in the controller section, it's written headphone connected... it's very annoying

My control does not recognize my headphone. It worked some weeks but after some time sttoped. The headphone is new and works fine in other devices. The headphone iccon does not appear in the screen.

Hello, did you try to update your controller with the headphones plugged in? did it work before? Have you tried your helmet on another device?

You don't need to transfer anything, just log into your Xbox One with your gamertag Achievements, gamerscore, purchase/billing history will all be included.
