    The ability to undo a refund that was made by accident


    I got this game that I didn't think i wanted, so I would go to get a refund. Before the refund was processed, I realized that I wanted the game, so I asked for the refund to be stopped. The Refund team would not see the message that i sent, so they gave
    me my money back. Is it possible to get that game back. or to even trade another game for that same game. The game was Assassin's Creed Odyssey Ultimate Edition, I got it on sale for $63.60.

    It's still on sale so just buy it again or look online and get it way cheaper than that.

    You would just have to purchase it again. Unfortunately if it's no longer on sale, you would either have to pay the current price or wait for it to go back on sale.

    Hello Psycokillsir341!

    Xbox (over the phone) customer support would not have the tools give you your game back or overturn the refund.

    Your best (only) bet would be to hit reply to the email that you received confirming your refund and explain the situation.

    And with that, we can't guarantee that you're going to receive your game back. You will most likely have to pay the current price of the game like the previous Ambassador mentioned above. I hope this helps... Good luck!
