the 5 hour free games tickets

I've played 5 hours on airmech arena, adventure pop, and over 10 hours on skyforge but I've only had one ticket for a few weeks now. what's up?

Wasn't that $25 though? This is $5. You try the game out for 6 hours, if you like it you can buy it at a 10% discount. People that think it's fair to pay $5 and get unlimited access to a brand new full retail game are crazy.Click to expand... You have the option of paying $5 a month, or $30 for the whole year, season ticket only has the option of $25 for a whole year. And with season ticket you got 72 hours of early access.Click to expand...

If a company does not have a descent support service and they are blatantly useless then I don't do business with that company.

Sony helpline, call and get answered fairly quickly.

Steam support chat based or ticket system, response within 2 hours.

EA (believe it or not lol) respond to tickets in 5 hours or less.

Epic same as EA.

Ubisoft 2 - 6 hour response time for tickets or email support.

Above goes for most other gaming companies I do business with.

I got the same problem. Only 2 games recognized as played for more than 5 hours, but I played 4 games from the Free Ride catalog for more than 5 hours.

As stated in the FAQ it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since you only played your last five hours in Airmech Arena on Saturday (March 31st) that punch has not yet been awarded. You have only played 4.5 hours of Adventure Pop, so no punch has been awarded for that title.

I remember playing a 1750 ticket OP Firestorm when custom servers came out. It lasted like an hour with me and fizzy going from flag to flag. We did that for an hour and only saw like 5 enemies.
