Hello A, in cases like this the warranty may not have been properly updated on the system after the console was shipped to Microsoft.

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Its elite 2 controller i sent it to Microsoft repair center under warranty its had warranty tell 2025 after it got repaired the warranty just expired how does that happen

Controllers carry a limited warranty on them. Once the warranty has expired you will be charged for any repairs that needs to be done on the controller unfortunatly.

Depending on which region you are there is repair center that it will need to be sent to.

You don't send it to a services center you request a repair and send it off to a warranty center
