The $1 Game Pass promo disappears after I've signed in to order it?

This may be the case, if you have already got an Xbox Game Pass subscription. Check here, and cancel auto renew: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

From there, back out to your dashboard and try and access the promotion again. If it continues to revert to the full price, you are not eligible for the offer at present. If you want to continue at regular price, turn on auto renewal via the same method.

Usually that means you have redeemed the promo already or are a current subscriber and it's for people who don't have Game Pass.

Yeah i last subscribed 5/17 where i stopped it. So been close to a year w/o it. Doesn't show promo still, so guess just not eleigble

If you change the location associated with your Microsoft account, you may need to re-acquire the material or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region. As there isn't any further resolution we will be locking this thread,
