I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Apart from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way, as no agent can provide information in this regard.

Thanks for your reply, but in true Microsoft style your link doesn't even work.

So yeah it is frustrating as I've £1000's worth of movies and games linked to that account plus the 25+years I've put in to my Gamer Score!
