    Things that NEED FIXING with XBOX ONE...ASAP

    Can we get mass game clip delete, Also need much better Blu-Ray type recognition on Xbox One, there are quite a few Blu Ray movies that the Xbox One just will not play or recognize, the XB1 dose not play home movies save to Blu Ray media and this needs to
    be addressed, our PS4 can do it well on all Blu-Ray formats. The XB1 does a superb job with most any type of DVD's.

    Thanks for the update on that. To check, what error message are you specifically seeing when the five-minute clip fails?

    Also, let's have you try a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and content to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after

    the original info tagis replaced with a new one. the app nor XBL will recognize the game clip. been doing it for the past few years via the beta Ver . was told yesterday that beta no longer supports this and to now use the regular version which does not
    recognize the game clip that has been edited.

    This also happened to me, seconds ago. I can share clips, but I can't share screenshots. Clips are recognized as belonging to Just Cause 3, but screenshots show as "unknown".

    So I got another update this morning, 03/22/2018, and the problem persists. I can record 1,2,3 minute clips, but the 5 minute clip fails.

    OK I uploaded a 40 sec clip to my OneDrive easily with no problems. Game was Destiny.

    When i tried a 4 min clip, it failed at 98% after about 50mins waiting!!!

    Tried again and it failed at 68%.

    Please fix this problem!

    Upload Studio always crashes and clips not recording

    I am having the problem with the "xbox record that" method. It was working fine at first then I noticed the one second clips and now it recognizes the command but no file is in upload studio. No problems with making a clip in game dvr though.
