I could not really imagine how crucial it is to know that your account is inaccessible after you were notified of the password change. Just to set your expectation, Microsoft account is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. I know how critical it is for you to be able to access this account. Sorry for not be much helpful, the assistance is very limited on this specific topic

Thank you for providing the link. I chatted with Microsoft support last night on 11/19,through chat, I was given a link to Xbox support with an option to speak with someone. This morning on 11/20 I contacted XBOX support and was able to speak to someone Live. The rep stated he was going to escalate my issue and give me a call back within 15 minutes. I have been waiting 3.5 hours for a call back, hopefully I have not been forgotten and the rep will call me back sometime today.
