That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account

Hello Everyone,
The email address associated with my gamer tag or Xbox profile ( not sure the correct terminology) according to Microsoft no longer exists.
(The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist.)
on 9/10/ 2021 I received an email from Microsoft (Unusual sign-in activity) this email was sent to the account that no longer exists.
0n 9/11/2021 I completed an account recovery form

Also on 9/11/2021 I received a response from Microsoft:
We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account *********58. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner.

Please submit a new account verification form
At this point, your best option is to submit a new form with as much accurate information as you can gather. The more information you can include in the form, the better the chance you’ll have of regaining access to your account. We’ve included a few tips below to help you fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible.

Five hours after receiving this email I received another:

Another email I received on 9/11/2021

[table][tr][td]Microsoft account[/td][/tr][tr][td]Security info replacement[/td][/tr][tr][td]Someone started a process to replace all of the security info for the Microsoft account se*****@sellerscomputers.com.[/td][/tr][tr][td]If this was you, you can safely ignore this email. Your security info will be replaced with- This is my cell number(( 1-*****80758)) when the 30-day waiting period is up.[/td][/tr][/table]

At some point I did receive a code or Pin and was able to log into the account. I was not ALLOWED / ABLE to change the account password. I had to WAIT 30-days before I could change the password.

*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** Someone with a .RU email address was able hack my Microsoft account and they were able to change the password multiple times, but I , the original owner were not.

Each time I tried to recover the account after that I was unsuccessful, Microsoft only stated that account does not exist.
I packed up the Xbox last year and put it away in the closet. I just now pulled it out and again started the process of trying to recover the non existent Microsoft account.

I did add an alternate email address or so I thought. All that did was create a 2nd profile on the Xbox.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I could not really imagine how crucial it is to know that your account is inaccessible after you were notified of the password change. Just to set your expectation, Microsoft account is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. For now, please allow me to do the best I can in helping you with the process.

I know how critical it is for you to be able to access this account. We will share to you a thread that should be able to give you handful of advice as we, advocates, does not have any tools to recover any Microsoft (Xbox) account. As the system will verify the information that only the user or account owner can supply.

According on your description, you are in the middle of gaming when you were notified about the change of your password. May we confirm if you logged in to the same account while gaming?

Did you recall changing your password last few days ago?

When was the last time you logged into your account?

Thank you for providing the link. I chatted with Microsoft support last night on 11/19,through chat, I was given a link to Xbox support with an option to speak with someone. This morning on 11/20 I contacted XBOX support and was able to speak to someone Live. The rep stated he was going to escalate my issue and give me a call back within 15 minutes. I have been waiting 3.5 hours for a call back, hopefully I have not been forgotten and the rep will call me back sometime today.

One thing the Xbox rep did say was that my Xbox profile had 3 email addresses attached to it all ending in mail.RU
