    That last insiders update bricked by One X!


    I forced my xbox one x to update on 4/2/2021. Everything was working great until I got into a Mass Effect 2 binge, I was playing through the game (with the new edge browser running in the background) and noticed it was performing slowly. I cleared the system cache and performed a reset via the guide menu. The console never turned back on.

    I got error code 103. So I follow the guideto reset. I selected keep my games and apps first, failed. After I factory reset, I got code 102. So then I went with the formatted ntsf flash drive method, it seemed to be working then.... "Something went wrong here". I'm stuck at error 101.

    It's very frustrating because I have been with Xbox since I was 13, I'm 31 now. I have bought console after console, I had the og xbox one, then the one s, then finally the one x. I go to Microsoft support they say I have to pay $250 for repair.

    Apparently, my warranty JUST expired on March 2nd. The one x lasted til April 3rd and died on me.

    I just hope someone on this sub can help me with a solution. It's very frustrating because I KNOW it was because of my being in the Insider's Xbox program, receiving beta os builds that ultimately did my One X in.

    Xbox forced update, now everything throws an error 0x80070102

    I'm facing the same error. I'm an Xbox insider and my Xbox became useless after the last update.

    I'd like a solution. My console is out of warranty and very probably my Xbox have bricked due to last preview update.
    Xbox Insiders have permanent warranty with problem related to updates and bricks like that

    I'm having the same problem here. That error code is a sign in problem, and I bet

    everyone with this problem has an "auto sign in" thins, where it signs

    you in automatically when you power on the system. It's a very weird problem

    Where did you read that? Tech support was trying to get me to pay $115 to fix my brick.

    Offline Update is messed up

    Are you in insiders program ? If you are stop you will brick your console

    First skip any update

    Then remove the console fr insiders via a pc or the hub on the console

    Then update using the regular update

    Xbox One, full USB Update Required Urgently!

    Because osu isn't meant for insiders program

    YOU must remove yourself from insiders via the insiders app in Windows 10 and then factory reset before you do osu

    You cannot remove insiders updates

    As mentioned before osu IS not to be used on insiders consoles

    Didn't you read the insiders aggreement ?

    You must follow the link previously provided and ask there

    As you already been told 5 x in both your threads

    You will only brick your console even worse
