    The issue I have raised with you guys is still ongoing. Please just fix it. Please. Do it. Or update Xbox and have the Blu-Ray player fixed in the process.

    Hi guys,

    I'm having the same issue. I've been watching different DVD's and Blu-Ray's and each time it's the same. If I put the disc in and the Xbox starts it automatically, it comes up with the error. I then go back to the main menu, select 'Blu-Ray Player' and
    then it loads.

    As you say @blahism, hopefully it gets fixed in an update.

    The Blu Ray app thats used to play DVDs and Blu Ray movies was updated today and it looks like it may have very well fixed this issue. All my reporting it to Xbox Support might of payed off!

    It is possible that this is related to the Blu Ray app and the recent updates it has received. I have also been experiencing weird issues with the Blu ray recently and no one at Xbox will acknowledge if there is a known issue with the Blu Ray player.
