Thanks for the $350 paper weight that has been broken by your mandatory os updates!

My console worked just fine up until July this year. Then on August 16th a new os update was forced which made my console a $350 paper weight because of countless os updates released since then. I finally get it working boom another new os update with a new struggle to get it to update. Now my xbox one x console will no longer offline update or update online as a result of these forced mandatory updates. Thank you for a trash product and robbing me of my money for corrupted download files released from your company which broke this console in the first place. Anybody looking for a new console Xbox is definitely not the way to go given horrible customer support I've recieved that will not resolve my issues from them releasing a broken forced mandatory os update. I recommend just saving your money to build a gaming PC to avoid the headache and wasted time spent with costumer support that speaks broken english. The customer support from this company has you jump through all the same hoops you'vetried already before contacting them. Factory reset, clear your cache, offline update, change your dns and open your port forwarding. Every error code I get says its due to a corrupted download file from xbox live which I have no power over 0x80070570 for online and e101 for offline. Thank you xbox for solidifying my decision by not purchasing your new series consoles as corrupted mandatory update releases come from this company then blames the hardware being damaged instead of it being on your softwares end. Then wanting me to spend more money to send in a console so it can be refurbished due to poor programing for the os system updates. They have 0 accountability for releasing broken software updates at all and every representative i talk to always says its your hardware thats broken its not our software. Yet the error codes point to the opposite. If my hardware was broken it's on the companies end which they will not reimburse you for breaking in the first place after your warranty ends. This company has fallen from being a great gaming console into a straight dumpster fire of a company thats only in it for the money at the expense of their customers. I've happily supported this company since the original xbox, and now it ends happy 12 years of having an xbox profile that's now wasted because of customer support that has you run in useless circles of what you've done already to correct the issue you face.

Really the only thing you can do and what is recommended is that you
continue insisting with the Xbox team, explaining the situation in detail
since they are the only ones who can help you because they do have access to
the accounts and can see what possibly happened. . This forum is really not the
most appropriate medium to discuss your topic, especially since we as players do
do not have the tools to help you as it is a sensitive privacy and security issue.

I just go my XB1 last night and was able to download and install the first update but after the XB restated once again it said "It's time to update" and now that's when the XBL issues happened. I can't do anything but look at that error screen. I haven't
even been able to sign in or play any games because I can't get passed that "You need this update to use your console message". For now its just a $350 paper weight while I download this massive manual update that still has 9 hours to go

Yay!!! More broken crap for my XB1 I'm so lucky to have this system thats almost as useful for gaming as a paper weight.
