    Forza 6 gone from account

    Hello

    I have this account with Forza6 Deluxe edition. I downloaded the game fine and played for a couple of days and then left it for a week or two. Now I've come back, when I try to launch it with this account it says "Installation almost finished, insert disc
    or switch profiles". If i go to the market place I can only buy the game, it doesn't compe up with "Install or play"" options which my other purchases do.

    Please can you let me know why I suddenly can't see a game I have purchased.

    MyVIP not tracking

    Hey folks,

    In September I bought 3 ultimate edition games:

    Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe

    Fifa 18 (Ronaldo edition)

    Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition

    But it doesn't look as if they've been tracked properly on MyVIP (Except for Destiny, I think!)

    What's more weird, is earlier this week, my 3* MyVIP status was showing around 65% towards 4, which suggested Forza had tracked, but now it's gone back down to 35%?

    Like a Dragon Ishin Digital Deluxe Edition - Missing most of the DLC/bonus items included in this edition of the game

    I got all my dlc stuff but the Microsoft store claims I only own the base game and not the deluxe edition. I let it go because I had all my dlc stuff. Even it kinda irritated me because I couldn't leave a review for the deluxe edition. Plus the store says purchase instead of manage you own this game. Then yesterday I lost access to my hogwarts legacy deluxe edition. Same thing the store says I own the standard but not the deluxe. The game is already installed so I still have the dlc stuff. But what irritates me as I have lost access to my free Xbox one copy. Because the store claims I only own the standard edition. Even though in my purchase list it states I own the deluxe for both games. Kinda irritating when you paid 80 and 70 bucks for a game. Then lose access to the deluxe edition. Now it's happened with 2 games.
