Hello Xbox, I am Tyler Sparrow a.k.a on your platform. I am here to discuss a current enforcement ban that has been placed upon my account unfairly. I have been accused of Market Fraud, which comes to a great surprise to me being that the fact
that i have legitimately paid for each item i have received on xbox.

Problem Ether #1, Refunds: My very own father had called about 3 days ago for refunds on games i no longer play; fair enough. I no longer play those games and i don't attempt to play those games anymore. If i can no longer
access those games that had been refunded by my own family how could i receive such a ban? If you dont believed me i have my own credit card on my account with the same last name. Moving on.

Problem Ether #2, License Transferring: Now if i got banned for license transferring that would be insane being that i am the one who paid for everything on my end, So how come the person license transferring with me did not receive the
same punishment? So i ruled that option out immediately. How do i know he is not banned? Because he is messaging me right now on xbox and i can not reply.

Problem Ether #3, Reasoning: Since i am having trouble understanding why i received a market fraud when i literally pay for everything means that this exact Enforcement needs some brushing up, its entirely to vague and that HORRIBLE questionnaire
helps no one! Now if this ban was placed on me Via the two reasons i believe i deserve an talk with someone in this branch.

Problem Ether #4, Micros: Micro transactions for in game currency can not be refunded and that conversation was handled Via the bank and that would be a ridiculous reason to ban me because clearly i paid for it legally amongst me and the
game receiving my money. Oh and another thing i thought Fortnite's battle royale game mode was free? I can not play it. If not i apologize.

Last Problem Ether, NBA 2K18: That item clearly was not up for dispute be it that it is the only game that we bought this month that i can still play. It does not even say that it has been up for dispute in my transactions history. You can
check it since i have given you my gamertag above, if not so my email for it is
    [Mod Removed]
. Since i am allowed to play this game over no dispute than that means i have no illegally played or tried to play any of your games. If you do not believe any information please call my father at
[Mod Removed] and he will tell you he was the one who ordered to have all those items refunded.

    :)

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

If you were liscense sharing with a friend to avoid having either of you to have to pay for games then YES this would be one reason they could have banned you for as doing that is considered marketplace theft

What are some specific examples of marketplace theft?
Marketplace theft includes, but isn’t limited to:

    • Getting, asking for, or using redemption codes illegitimately
    • Transferring licenses to your console from an account that you didn’t create
    • Using a system glitch or loophole for financial gain
    • Using any sort of “shared” account to avoid having to pay for games or content
    • Successfully redeeming or giving away a code and contacting customer support claiming the code didn’t work
    • Attempting to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents
    • Fraudulently transferring content licenses
    • Sharing account credentials
    • Asking to be added to someone’s third party subscription (such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.), in order to avoid restrictions or payment
Just because the other person hasnt been banned yet does not mean they wont. They just havent been caught yet.

This right here is also IS a valid reason for the ban. If you got the refund for the microtransactions from your bank (a chargeback) then you got your product but Microsoft did NOT get their money for said product since your bank took it back. Chargebacks
    are also considered marketplace theft.

So basically you have admitted to doing not one but TWO things that are considered marketplace theft. I would not be too hopeful about getting your account back honestly. Odds are you wont

I was the one who paid for it, no one paid for me. Therefore the person who refunded it did not do anything illegal especially since the person who did not pay for did not receive the ban.

I was told by staff that i called to come here to discuss this now. That questionnaire is extremely one sided and has new no one humane on review.

refunds have been discussed with staff before ON THE PHONE, which means that over a course of business days i get money back in trade for license. i am the direct catalyst of game to currency transaction

There is nothing rule breaking about what i had just stated what so ever, Because why would microsoft get money back if it is called a refund? Please read thoroughly and KindGryphon and reapply that logic.

Problem: license transferring should not effect one party member especially the one that paid for everything. Therefore that license transferring rebuttal does not apply to me, for if that was the case microsoft would have over 1,000 people
banned at this exact time. Thats quite deranged if anything for me to be magnified under the circumstance.

I had also stated that i the buyer had agreed that i will not be playing these games and thus the license is revoked. Banks of course discuss possibilities of refunds through another businesses course of action. if refunds were not possible it would not
have happened in the first place. Thus there is a reason why disputes are a thing in your transaction history. I shall continue to ether all of this if i have to

You cannot just say you don't play a game anymore and get your money back.
