    Hey I was wondering if anyone has seen this. Im having issues when playing where text and images like game maps, or anything around the edge of thet screen try to render outside of the safe zone,flash and be distorted all over the place. Also on some occasions
    when playing the screen will flash white for miliseconds but goes away and never caused an issue. I never had the issue until I upgraded to the Xbox One X. Ive noticed it primarily playing Gta and Rdr2. I have safe zone stretched as far as possible through
    game settings. Have done the calibrating xbox to the tv. I even manually stretched the aspect ratio of the tv which made it go away but doesn't work for everything so I had to put it back. Im running Xbox One X on a SAMSUNG 55" Class 4K (2160P) Ultra
    HD Smart LED TV (UN55MU6300FXZA) It doesnt have hdr 10 and some other features but Ive had the tv before the One X was ever a thing. Ive tried every setting I can think of so just wondering if anyone has seen this or knows of a way to fix it. Heres a picture

    Hi Robbe498,

    I'm sorry to hear about these video issues being experienced on the console, I'd be happy to try and help.

    First I recommend trying out some of the go to troubleshooting steps to try and get everything working again. Go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
    turn on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help, I recommend performing a
    soft factory reset     to your Xbox but make sure to have your account login information ready since you will need to re-add your accounts during the reset setup.

    Just out of curiosity has this issue happened on a game that was not developed by Rockstar?

    Let us know once you have tried those two steps and we'll what we can do next.

    Can you update the firmware on your TV and see if that fixes this?

    In Samsung it should be Menu > Support > Software Update (if it's greyed out wait about 5 minutes of the TV being on).

    Also, see if your TV supports Overscan. That could hide this problem.

    Firmware is up to date and I dont see an overscan option.

    Let's troubleshoot:

    - Unplug your console and power supply from power, leave it for five minutes.

    - Try different HDMI inputs on your TV.

    - Try different HDMI cables between the Xbox and TV.

    - Try a different TV.

    If it still flashes white after trying all of the steps above, you may have an internal issue with the console which will likely require it to be repaired by Microsoft. If this is the case, you can schedule a repair online with the console's serial number,
    or contact Xbox Support (phone/chat) for more assistance.

    Is my console broken?

    No, those flashes are appearing all over my screen in Call of Duty, it is not the phone flash. Also on the bottom photo the entire floor of the map is not rendering.

    And on the first picture, all of those green spots are not supposed to be there.
