Tetris Ultimate issues?

Alright so the bug happens when I start a game, the timer ticks down right before blocks start to fall inside the players' little screen. Well, thing is, as the timer reaches zero, all those little playing fields disappear. I'm left with practically an empty
screen, a timer, and sound effects when pieces fall. Also, I can't pause it. All I can do to end the game is tap up on the dpad multiple times to get a game over.

The only way I have been able to fix this at the moment is:

A) Reboot the console.

B) Reboot the game.

These both seem to work for one or two games, then I lose the playing field again.

Hopefully someone has experienced this bug and has a fix for it? I would try reinstalling it, but our internet has been down for days due to flooding :/

Tetris Ultimate in CZ Xbox One Store

I've buy on Xbox One Store TETRIS® ULTIMATE CHALLENGE PACK, price: 199 CZK ; at 11/22/2015.

My fault was buy this DLC Pack before buy original game. Issue with Xbox Store is that game is NOT accessible in CZ:

So, please fix this and allow me to buy original game or please, rollback my payment.

Uninstalled and reinstalled using my phones data, seems to have fixed the issue.

I'm sorry to hear about this popping up again for you. When you have some time, let's try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted.

• Uninstall the Tetris Ultimate game.
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
• Reinstall the Tetris Ultimate game.
  
• Try launching and playing the game again as normal.
