Tested Multiplayer connection, no error message, it shows "There is no problems with your connection for multiplayer."

Thank you for that quick response, If you have not yet tested the connection I would advise that you test your network connection and your multiplayer connection to see if there is any other error messages showing up here. You can follow the steps on the
support article listed below.

[Also, if it's worth noting, it says that "Service info is unavailable"]
